It is the setting for some of Estonia's most fascinating culinary stories, as the chef is completely familiar with every crumb, flake and sprout on the plate. Even the drinks that accompany the food are chosen or created by Erki himself. Austrian wineries Fischer and Höpler have released wines specially made for Tammuri. The farm has its own gallery with Erki's personal art collection and paintings by his daughter.
