The Dal Cero family has been making wine for three generations and owns vineyards in Veneto and Tuscany. The Tenuta Corte Giacobbe is located in Roncà, on the slopes of the Lessini mountains near the town of Soave, and is dedicated to the Garganega, Durella and Pinot Grigio grape varieties. The soils consist mainly of weathered clay, lava and tuff of volcanic provenance and are rich in micronutrients. These have a great influence on the minerals and other components of the grapes and contribute significantly to the aromas of the finished wine.
