Falstaff Wineguide Switzerland 2023/24

Domaine de Chambleau, overlooking Lake Neuchâtel, has long been one of the region's top estates. The estate has been owned by the Burgat family since 1950 and has been managed by Louis-Philippe Burgat for about ten years. Burgat's passion for the Pinot Noir grape variety is omnipresent in the house's collection. With Pur Sang, he even created a wine that is one of the best growths from this variety in the whole of Switzerland. Since 2017, the estate's vineyards have been farmed entirely organically.
