Falstaff Wine Guide Italy 2024

The history of Vinchio Vaglio began in 1959, when the towns of Vinchio and Vaglio Serra decided to work together to improve the difficult and fertile land that surrounded them. The cooperative was founded in 1959 by 19 winegrowers from Vinchio and Vaglio Serra. Today, the cooperative has around 200 members and cultivates more than 500 hectares of vineyards, mainly growing Barbera. One of the main aims of the cooperative is to show that cooperation can lead to a high-quality product. With its wide variety of vineyards and accumulated experience, Vinchio Vaglio now produces a wide range of Barberas.
