Tasting from 10.01.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe fruit on the nose, with Cabernet characteristics of cassis, blackcurrants, dark cherries and black liquorice. Easy-drinking and juicy on the palate, very accessible with a nice freshness, notes of cherry, small amounts of fine-grained tannins and a medium structure. An uncomplicated accompaniment for grilled meat and pasta.
