Tasting vom 05.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Klare dezente Frucht in der Nase mit Noten von Zwetschge, Brombeere und eingemachten Sauerkirschen. Zudem dezente Röstnoten und eine feine Würze. Am Gaumen saftig und ausgewogen, mit reifer weicher Säure, Aromen von Kirsche und Himbeere. Feines Tannin, mittellanger Abgang.
