Dry Extract Interview: Cyril Brun of Champagne Charles Heidsieck

Cyril Brun has been cellar master at Champagne Charles Heidsieck since 2015. Wine is in his blood as he was born into a family of growers, merchants and coopers in Aÿ, Champagne. The business and oenology graduate worked at Champagne Veuve Clicquot before taking on the starring role at Charles Heidsieck.
