Dry Extract Interview: Johan Reyneke, Reyneke Wines, South Africa

Johan Reyneke runs Reyneke Wines in Stellenbosch, and is one of South Africa’s pioneers in biodynamic farming. In fact, his were the first vineyards to be certified biodynamic in South Africa. Social justice is as important as environmental awareness, but more importantly, his wines are delicious.
