Dry Extract Interview: Ludivine Griveau of Domaine des Hospices de Beaune, Burgundy, France

Ludivine Griveau is the first female wine director in the 474-year-history of the Domaine des Hospices de Beaune, Burgundy, France. An oenology graduate of the University of Dijon, Griveau has spent her working life in Burgundy. She is a real breath of fresh air at this ancient charitable foundation and makes the wines that are auctioned each year for charity.
