Four Seasons to Make Melbourne Debut

Melbourne's first Four Seasons hotel will be set in Australia's tallest tower, which will have the tallest vertical garden in the world.

Four Seasons has announced it plans to open its first Melbourne hotel in a complex featuring  the world’s tallest vertical garden. The 210-room hotel will be at the top of the shorter of two towers being built by Beulah in Southbank. The other tower in STH BNK By Beulah will be 365 metres high, which would make it Australia's tallest tower, with a record-breaking vertical garden.

The hotel will be Australia’s second Four Seasons, offer the panoramic views of the city via the hotel’s Sky Lobby on the 63rd floor. Construction kicks off in late 2022 and is expected to take five years to complete.

“Four Seasons was the perfect partner for STH BNK By Beulah and will offer an unmatched hospitality experience, while remaining uniquely Melbourne,” Adelene Teh, Beulah‘s executive director said in a statement.

In addition to services and amenities of the hotel, guests will enjoy access to special experiences available at STH BNK By Beulah, including the lush gardens, programming within the art and culture spaces, coworking facilities, the STH BNK Market Hall and more.
