A new InterContinental Resort is to open in Amma, Canj – Montenegro in autumn 2023.
The development is a joint venture between Celebic Group, one of Montenegro’s largest real estate companies, and IHG Hotels & Resorts. The ambitious franchise agreement will take the luxury InterContinental flag to Montenegro, offering leisure and business guests a choice of 198 guestrooms alongside a residential complex. The new property will be located along Montenegro's Pearl Coast, the popular destination for locals and visitors.
InterContinental Hotels & Resorts is the world's first international luxury travel hotel brand and also the world’s largest luxury hotel brand. The announcement of the new development in Montenegro is part of the hotel giant’s 75th anniversary celebrations.
Besides nearly 200 rooms including 60 luxury suites, guests can choose from a selection of luxury villas. A big swimming pool with its own bar, indoor and outdoor wellness facilities, a top-notch fitness centre and a spa with treatment rooms and saunas complete the luxury offer, as will a world-class restaurant, a rooftop bar and a club lounge.
