KFC will partner with Nelly Robinson, the chef patron and owner of Sydney restaurant nel to offer its first 11-course Degustation Menu in April. The A$75 dining experience will feature KFC’s most iconic items with a fine dining twist: Supercharged Wings cooked over charcoal, a Potato and Gravy course and special Popcorn Chicken served with gnocchi. The special culinary journey will be elevated by an Original Recipe drumstick dusted with quinoa and gold flakes, according to the Daily Mail.
The experience will only be available at a secret venue in Sydney for three consecutive nights, from April 1 until April 3. The exact details, including the dining location, are yet to be disclosed.,
All profits will be donated to KFC’s charity partners: The Black Dog Institute, ReachOut Australia and Whitelion.
