New Wine Tourism Site Opens in Meursault, Burgundy

Located on the edge of Meursault, Le Manoir des Parcellaires de Saulx offers the stunning views of the village’s vineyards and some of the best wine experiences in the region.

Le Manoir des Parcellaires de Saulx, dating back more than a century, is located in Meursault, a village in the heart of Burgundy. Created in 2017 on the foundations of a centuries-old establishment located in the same premises, it has been carefully renovated to preserve its historic beauty while adding elegant features to showcase the best of Burgundy to visitors.

The beautiful cellars of Le Manoir des Parcellaires de Saulx are extensive, covering more than 1,500 square metres, which ensure that wines are produced, aged and stored in perfect conditions. This high-end maison also presents a selection of 30 appellations covering some of the finest Burgundy, Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits terroirs.

Open from Wednesday to Saturday, 10:30 am to 7 pm, Le Manoir des Parcellaires de Saulx includes:

  • A shop where you can buy wines from Domaine de La Commaraine, Les Parcellaires de Saulx and Domaine Belleville.
  • A wine-tasting cellar as well as a wonderful terrace overlooking the surrounding vineyards. This is an idyllic spot to enjoy a glass with friends and can be hired out for events.
  • Bespoke cellar visits where you can taste various Burgundy appellations.
