Malibu’s award-winning resort will launch its first East Coast destination in the Lower Hudson Valley near Tuxedo Park, New York next summer. Located in an historic lakefront estate, The Ranch offers acclaimed fitness programmes such as hiking, fitness classes, yoga, deep tissue massage and a plant-based diet.

The wellness resort is surrounded by the 4,000-acre Ringwood State Park, giving guests access to hundreds of miles of beautiful trails, while the nearby 40,000-acre Harriman State Park offers a great alternative for morning hiking. In summer, an outdoor pool and the property’s lake allow water activities to be incorporated into fitness programmes.

Meanwhile, the menu at The Ranch will consist of a nutrient-dense, plant-based diet, with many ingredients to be harvested from the onsite organic garden or supplied by local, organic farms.  If guests look for more customised experiences, The Ranch Private, a personalised programme done separately from the larger group, will also be available.
