It's a classic drink that needs very little introduction – just a few premium ingredients. Good quality tonic water, excellent gin, a twist of lemon or lime and plenty of ice. A G&T makes a perfect apertif whatever the weather or season but really comes into its own in summer with its zesty texture and bittersweet taste.

Sometimes though it's time to step out of your comfort zone and put a new twist on an old bar favourite. The sky really is the limit when it comes to adding extra flavour: strawberry, espresso, orange bitters...we even have a gin & tonic sorbet to cool you down when the mercury really rises!
