Top Chef Mauro Colagreco Teams Up with Raffles London

The Michelin-starred chef will make his UK debut at Raffles London next year.

Colagreco's restaurant Mirazur in the French town of Menton has been awarded three Michelin stars and was number one in the 2019 World's 50 Best Restaurants awards.

"We are delighted to announce the acclaimed chef behind Mirazur, will make his UK debut next year here at Raffles London at The OWO," Raffles London said. "Diners will delight in seasonal produce and the sublime yet simple dishes that Colagreco is renowned for, with a fine dining restaurant, a brasserie with a twist and a private Chef’s Table, as well as in-room dining for guests and residents, launching from late 2022."

The Italian-Argentine chef became patron in October of the Ceto and Riviera restaurants at the luxury hotel The Maybourne Riviera not far from Mirazur.

In an Instagram video Colagreco said he was "very excited" to be joining Raffles.

Colagreco trained initially with Bernard Loiseau in France, where he stayed as demi-chef de partie until the latter’s death in 2003. He then held the posts of sous-chef de cuisine to Alain Passard at L'Arpège and demi-chef de partie to Alain Ducasse at Hôtel Plaza Athénée.
