Dry Extract Interview: Lenz Moser of Laurenz V and Château Changyu Moser XV, Ningxia, China

Lenz Moser is a scion of the Austrian Lenz Moser wine dynasty. He cut his teeth in the family wine business and later became the European representative of Robert Mondavi Winery, California. In 2005, he founded Laurenz V in order to promote Austria’s flagship variety, Grüner Veltliner. In 2015, he decided on a joint venture with Château Changyu Moser XV in Ningxia with the aim of producing China’s best wines. He has recently founded New Chapter in partnership with Austrian winemaker Markus Huber.
