Summer Cocktail

Summer is the season for Gin Fizz, and this is the recipe of choice.

Ingredients
50 ml gin
20 ml sugar syrup
30 ml lemon juice
sparkling water
ice cubes
lemon zest
  • Shake all ingredients except the sparkling water vigorously in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. 
  • Strain into a highball glass over a few ice cubes and top up with cold sparkling water.
  • Stir briefly and garnish with lemon zest.
