Tasting from 07.02.2025: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Peter Moser

Medium, delicately cloudy copper orange colour, brown reflections, brighter rim. Candied grapefruit zest with dark chocolate in the background, some sugar icing, a hint of Madel cake, fine notes of dried fruit notes. Powerful, juicy, well-integrated sweetness, a hint of blood orange on the finish, remains persistent, versatile, a wine for white chocolate.
