Apple and pear, melon, apricot and meadow herbs make for a nuanced bouquet with very fine wood savouriness and smoke in the background. Full-bodied and juicy on the palate with grown-up extract and good density. A dry finish overlays a mineral background, with that juiciness carrying through to the end.
