Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep ruby red. On the nose dark savoury aromas, roasted coffee, dark chocolate, black cherry, also strawberry jam after a short period of time. Densely interwoven on the palate, with fine savoury tones, rich, unfortunately markedly drying on the finish.
