Tasting from 04.11.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Pale ruby colour with light garnet reflections. The nose is gently floral and fruity, with notes of ripe red fruit, cherry, wild strawberry, raspberry, followed by spicy and slightly woody notes. The sip is fresh and slightly balsamic, harmonious palate, clear drink, mineral finish.
