Medium yellow green in colour with silver reflections. On the nose, very fine roasted aromas, with caramel and almond nuances, subtle fresh stone fruit and a touch of minerality. Very elegant on the palate, with delicate nuances of tropical fruit and hazelnut flour, very well integrated wood spice and perfect acidity that conveys great vitality. There is a subtle touch of orange on the long saline finish that is indicative of its terroir. A perfectly balanced Chardonnay from one of the best white vineyards in the world.
