Medium brilliant golden yellow. Very deep, elegant nose of ripe honeydew melon, delicate nut butter, followed by pear and apple. Complex palate with rich fruit, pithy with power and fullness, noticeably young oak, unfortunately not so well integrated. Retronasal orange peel. Dense with a slight bitter note and a long finish.
