Bright silver grey colour with persistent mousse. Fine lime, starfruits, freshly cut grass on the nose, with some grapefruit in the background and elderflower. Great fruity sweetness on the palate, well-integrated mousse, with hearty attack and development, slightly phenolic on the finish.
