Pale golden yellow, silver reflections, fine mousse. Delicate cookie, ripe pear fruit, yellow apple, fine nutty aromas, candied orange zest. Taut, tightly woven, white pomaceous fruit, fresh acidity, mineral, lime on the finish, a racy food companion with development and certain ageing potential. (Deg. 05/2021).
