Day bright silver-grey with tender straw-yellow highlights. Spicy-aromatic nose of herbs, dried oregano, followed by lime, and hints of sealing wax. On the palate; juicy and vivid acidity intertwine, fans out well on the mid palate, again notes of spice and touch of pithy bitterness on the finish.
