Toasty spice on the nose is followed on the mouth by a generous yet controlled burst of ripe citrus fruit layered with smoky notes, baked apple and a touch of caramel. Bold yet restrained with finely woven flavours, deeply satisfying layers of texture, well-integrated, toasty oak and a fresh drive of acidity on the finish of this very complete, expressive wine.
