The sparkling wine Cuvée del Fondatore Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut, vintage 2023 from the winery Valdo Spumanti has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Glera, Chardonnay from the region Veneto in Italy.
Bright straw yellow with a persistent mousse. Fine pomaceous fruit, sea salt and iodine on the nose, with subtle floral notes and a hint of oregano. Good complexity on the palate, with a restrained mousse, round and creamy, with a delicately bitter finish after a year of ageing.
