Tasting from 04.10.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Pronounced flint on the nose, warm brick, pepper, orange and tangerine. Silky on the palate, generous, with a wide frame and good fruit, ripe acidity, lots of power, but also not too much alcohol with playful minerality. Still extremely young, almost embryonic.
