Light pastel pink in the glass. Discreet aroma of rhubarb, raspberries, strawberries, floral notes of rose petals and herbal savouriness. Still elegant on the palate, juicy, fresh, fine interplay of sweetness and acidity, mineral savouriness in the aftertaste, slender body, a wonderful aperitif with good drinking flow.
