The red wine »Cuvée Moritz« trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Schloss Proschwitz – Prinz zur Lippe has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Dornfelder , Regent, Frühburgunder from the region Saxony in Germany.
Aromas of sloes, blackberries and black cherries. There is also a classic Pinot Noir nose with the right amount of earthiness. Pleasantly dry on the palate with Provençal herbs and a hint of oregano. Harmonious and already easy to drink.
