Piquant floral tones, peppery notes, grapefruit, mint, passion fruit, smoky terroir. On the palate the wine has a silky fullness, the juicy acidity plays with a well-placed residual fruitiness, the wine has polish and juiciness, ending with slightly vegetal, savoury notes such as parsley.
