The nose is intensely tropical. Candied papaya, passion fruit and yellow kiwi with a hint of wet yellow chamomile blossom. Fine extract sweetness paired with an animating acidity balance the puree of exotic aromas and fine mineral savouriness on the palate. Appealingly lively and juicy. Goes well with ratatouille.
