Domaine Potterat in Cully is a small family business that cultivates about four hectares in Lavaux. With Jean-François, Jacques and Guillaume Potterat, three generations are active in the domaine today and are intent on continuing the family tradition and bringing the unique terroir of Lavaux into the bottle. Above all, the Chasselas grape variety, which Potterat cultivates in Villette and Epesses, is significant in the estate. In addition, the local Gamay clone Plant Robert is cultivated.
