Falstaff Wineguide Germany 2021

Falstaff Wineguide Germany 2021

Cellar master Thorsten Klimek wants to impress with a clear-cut portfolio – this is what this cooperative in Stuttgarts wine-loving district of Bad Cannstatt reports. And they manage to do so beautifully: with their stylistic renewal, Weinfactum has become a shining example among Württemberg’s cooperatives. The wines no longer have superfluous fat and they have well and truly bid good-bye to the gluggable style of yesteryear. With their “Pinot noir ***” and their “Edition 1923“ they are moving towards the regional top.
