The Kram family is the fourth generation to run their winery in Sommerach, which is housed in a historic building dating back to the 14th century. In the cellar, Franz Kram ensures that the wines are vinified with the utmost care: the aim is to produce straightforward, varietal wines that are a pleasure to drink. He has once again succeeded in doing this superbly. The Nordheim Pinot Noir, for example, offers a lot for the money, and the pricing is generally pleasing. If you like, you can also stop off at the estate - the family runs a Heckenwirtschaft.
