The family winery continues to work constantly at a high level, and with combined forces. The goal is clearly defined: to produce first-class wine that as many people as possible can afford. And they made it again with the 2021 vintage. We particularly liked the 2021 dry Flonheimer Klostergarten Riesling this time, which is wonderfully juicy and punchy. Both Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon show that the Pauser wines have excellent ageing potential, and both are amazing food wines.
