Weingut Zehnthof – Familie Weickert

From the "Zehnthof", which used to be a monastic building, monks have been growing grapes since the 17th century. The Weickert family took over the winery in 1962 and has been producing typical Franconian Silvaner wines in Bocksbeutel bags ever since. However, the specialty of recent years has been the bouquet varieties, for which Tobias Weickert has a knack like no other. Traminer and Müller-Thurgau shine and six dry Scheureben wines are probably unique in the world. Especially as these wonderfully fragrant wines also clearly reveal the respective terroir.
