Six Senses newest hotel which opened in March has been built inside the historic 15th century Palazzo Salviati Cesi Mellini and encompasses touches of both ancient and modern Rome, including 600-year-old columns and a baptismal bath dating back to the fourth century, carefully preserved under glass. The bath sits underneath the hotel’s restaurant BIVIUM, run by Chef Nadia Frisina, who serves fresh, local classics like pizzas topped with pear and mozzarella.
