With handmade pain de mie at its core, Anemon offers carefully crafted sandwiches built around quality ingredients and close relationships with producers.

Opened by chef Modesty Bladh, this newcomer is the result of years spent refining both craft and perspective. While sandwiches may be the main attraction, they are approached with the same care and attention to detail that Bladh developed at acclaimed kitchens including BISe, Solidar, Namu, Julie and Hörte Brygga.
