Colomba, also called the Easter Dove because of its shape, is a popular pastry at Easter in Italy. Beautifully packaged, the sweet bread is often given as a gift to family and friends. Top chef Massimo Bottura's Gucci Osteria in Florence has now reinterpreted the classic Colomba and presents it in a limited edition tin decorated with the fashion house's famous floral pattern.
