The historic palace offers a week’s worth of fun events for the whole family. Beginning on Monday 21st October, which is the start of the half-term holidays in the UK, visitors can enjoy a visit filled with spooky storytelling and games. Older visitors can enjoy the performances of axe throwers and fire jugglers in the grounds. There will also be pumpkin carving and a ghost train ride. Visitors can head to the Walled Garden to visit the Hotel Chocolat tent and Chocomobile. The luxury chocolate brand will be giving out Halloween treats to visiting children, where kids can make their own truffles and enjoy a mug of hot chocolate! At the Orangery Restaurant, special Halloween-themed afternoon tea will also be on offer. However, this requires pre-booking.
