Kurhaus Binz, Strandidyll Heringsdorf, Badeschloss Hotel Bad Gastein – These gorgeous properties are now part of DSR Hotel Holding

Hirmer Hospitality and DSR Hotel Holding have reached an agreement: subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities, Hirmer will transfer the Travel Charme brand to DSR Hotel Holding by the end of March. DSR will take over all 13 of Travel Charme's upscale hotels on the Baltic and North Seas, in the Harz Mountains, in the Alps and on Lake Garda for an undisclosed sum. No layoffs are planned.
