The Hotel Palace Luzern has been a Belle Époque landmark on the shores of Lake Lucerne since it opened in 1906. After being taken over by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2019, the freshly renovated hotel is about to have its grand reopening. All the guest rooms and suites been refurbished and the restaurants and bars redesigned. And now the group is bringing in an international star chef in Gilad Peled. Most recently, the two-star chef cooked at Le Pressoir d'Argent Gordon Ramsay in Bordeaux.
