Meatopia unveils smoking hot line-up

Over 100 chefs are descending on the four-day feast, which will be held at Tobacco Dock from August 31 to September 3. Big names already confirmed include six-time champion Pit Master Tuffy Stone from the US, Oaxacan star Thalía Barrios Garcia, Zé Paulo Rocha of top Lisbon restaurant O Velho Eurico and Swedish barbecue team Holy Smoke, who will drive their smoker and van across Europe for the festival.
