Michelin Guide awards first star to ice cream parlor

Well, the Minimal is not really an ice cream parlor. But it is definitely the first restaurant in the world to win one of the coveted stars with a pure gelato offering.

The new awards in the Guide Michelin Taiwan were unveiled a few days ago. For the first time, a restaurant was awarded a star that impresses with a menu that is unusual even by Michelin standards. The Minimal only serves gelato.
