The prestigious Michelin star has adorned the culinary heart of the luxury hotel since 2012 and is the only Chinese restaurant in the entire country to enjoy this coveted award.
The menu includes both traditional specialties and original interpretations. Gourmets should especially try the beggar's chicken roasted in lotus leaves, which the kitchen team prepares on request according to a southern Chinese legend. The exclusive restaurant is now serving lunch and dinner again from Thursdays to Mondays. The lunch menu starts at a price of 58 euros, while dinner can be booked for a price from 138 euros.
Sabre art in the Bar Botaniste
In addition to Asian culture, guests can also experience French traditions. So the hotel's own Bar Botaniste celebrates the sabering of champagne every evening. As the perfectly shaped heading of the champagne bottle with a sabre goes back to Napoleon, the hotel pays homage to the history of its establishment in this way.
