Tel Aviv: a legendary hotel comes back to life

Elkonin Hotel in the Neve Tzedek neighbourhood reopens as part of the MGallery Hotel Collection.

It was the first hotel ever opened in Tel Aviv, boasting many prominent guests like Albert Einstein and David Ben-Gurion and was used as an office building from the 1980s. In May, the Elkonin Hotel was re-opened as a chic boutique venue featuring 44 rooms and suites, now part of the MGallery Hotel Collection (Accor Group). The hotel offers the country’s first spa by French cosmetic company Clarins and a fine-dining restaurant, L’Epoque by Robuchon.
