It was the first hotel ever opened in Tel Aviv, boasting many prominent guests like Albert Einstein and David Ben-Gurion and was used as an office building from the 1980s. In May, the Elkonin Hotel was re-opened as a chic boutique venue featuring 44 rooms and suites, now part of the MGallery Hotel Collection (Accor Group). The hotel offers the country’s first spa by French cosmetic company Clarins and a fine-dining restaurant, L’Epoque by Robuchon.
