The Hotel & Restaurant Mühltalhof shines in new splendor
This is what guests can look forward to.
The family-run Hotel Mühltalhof is now in its sixth generation in an idyllic location in Upper Austria. Now it shines in completely new splendor. Chef Philip Rachinger actually only wanted to commission a redesign of his kitchen. But then the entire hotel was transformed into a finely tuned whole.
Just in time for the big reopening measures in Austria, the Mühltalhof welcomes its guests with several highlights.
Everything that's new at the Mühltalhof
The gentle redesign of the hotel combines modern elements with traces of the past. Particularly striking is the long stone counter made of local chlorite gneiss, which references the impression of forest, meadow and water. Based on the idea of a market street, the 20-meter-long piece of furniture accompanies visitors throughout the day - from the reception to the breakfast buffet, from the bar and kitchen pass to the chefs' tables in the newly designed fireplace room.
The kitchen has been moved to the centre of the restaurant and is intended to create a relaxed atmosphere.
In tune with nature
The wellness area on the garden floor has been extended, bringing guests as close as possible to nature, including lush meadows and a rushing river. Nuanced wood paneling frames the scenery.
The premises of the remodeled restaurant are to be used The spirit of the pub past capture, but on the other hand also a Fine dining area and a futuristic kitchen space create.
